• Graduation from an accredited Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant program.
• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed.
