Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in Iowa.
• New grads welcome; experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the director of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable during therapy sessions.

Your Impact

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you will:

• Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.

What We’re Looking For
