Rehabilitation Center of Belmond in Iowa is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patient recovery and help individuals regain independence through personalized therapy programs. New grads welcome; we provide mentorship and in-house team collaboration to grow your skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized occupational therapy programs under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities through targeted therapy exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable throughout their therapy sessions.
