Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. You will assist in data collection and provide direct treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.

Requirements include an associate degree, MA COTA license, and state CEUs. Newly licensed grads are welcome. This full-time role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Full-Time, up to $35 an hour with weekly pay

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic care team at Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center! You will assist in the provision of collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Education & Experience

• Minimum associate degree in occupational therapy assistant from an accredited program
• CEU's per state licensure requirements
• COTA license in Massachusetts is required
• Newly licensed grads are welcome to apply

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the provision of collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Under a physician's order, provides direct resident treatments in accordance with an established plan of care
• Contributes to the team meeting and decision-making process as defined by the program
• Consults with and trains patients, residents, and caregivers
• Monitors efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor
• Documents activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
• Demonstrates consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
• Participates in clinical program development and implementation
• May perform additional duties as requested by supervisor

• Standing and walking for significant amounts of time is necessary
