What you will do in this role:

• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisor and team; instruct family or nursing staff in follow-up programs
• Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to records
• Document patient care according to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean condition
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance standards, professional standards, and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an Associate's degree
• Current and valid state OTA license or certificate where services are provided
• CPR certification (if required)
