Aston Group is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Florida. You will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist and help implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist in patient evaluations and assessments as needed.
• Support the development and execution of individualized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
• Document patient treatment and progress in medical records.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) -

A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.
