The role requires performing patient visits in homes across the service area, collaborating with families and facilities, documenting care, and adhering to safety and privacy

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in home health or a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient care.
• Provide visits in patients' homes within the designated service area.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation and charts.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Care Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team and service our Savannah patients.

As a valuable member of our healthcare staff, you will play a crucial role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering exceptional care to our patients. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or illnesses.

This position would complete visits in patients' homes thought the designated service area.
