Job summary

Oasis Therapy Services, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to provide rehabilitation services at one or more locations. In this role you will work in person with residents, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, delivering treatment and supporting the plan of care.

• Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
