Job summary

Embassy of Hillsdale Park is seeking a compassionate full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Hillsdale, PA. The role works under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to enhance residents’ independence, safety, and quality of life.

New graduates are welcome to apply, with strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and commitment to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in PA, in good standing.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Deliver treatment in accordance with established plans of care
• Support residents with activities of daily living and functional goals
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the Occupational Therapist
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Attend required meetings and follow all professional and regulatory standards
