Job summary

Embassy of Hillsdale Park in Hillsdale, PA is seeking a compassionate full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team and help residents improve independence, safety, and quality of life.

Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide personalized, resident-centered care, contribute to daily living goals, and support progress with accurate, timely documentation. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license in PA, in good standing.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Deliver treatment in accordance with established plans of care.
• Support residents with activities of daily living and functional goals.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the Occupational Therapist.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and maintain compliant documentation.
