Access Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time opportunities in Florida. You will provide one-on-one in-home therapy under an Occupational Therapist and help patients achieve functional goals.

We offer flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and opportunities for professional growth, with competitive compensation ($55,000-$75,000/year) and benefits. Prior home health experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA License.
• CPR Certification.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients, including exercises, activities, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Compensation

• Salary Range:$55,000-75,000/year
• Routine Visit: 1.0 Unit
