Job summary

Parkside Health and Rehabilitation Center in DeLand, Florida is recruiting a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for full-time and PRN roles. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans and support patient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, assisting with evaluations, documenting progress, and communicating updates to the supervising OT.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Current CPR certification.
