Job summary

The Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to perform treatment skills within the scope of the COTA’s education and to carry out treatment plans as prescribed by the Occupational Therapist. The COTA will communicate with the OT regarding patient progress and document treatment in the medical record.

The role includes providing OT services to patients under supervision, assisting in evaluations, developing goals and treatment

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice in the state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides Occupational Therapy services to patients under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Assists the Occupational Therapist in the evaluation process as needed or directed.
