MedCare Pediatric Group, LP in Texas is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide one-on-one pediatric therapy in homes, daycares, and schools, under the direction of a licensed OT.

The role offers flexible scheduling (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN), weekday and after-school hours, sign-on bonus, and gradual caseload ramp-up, with comprehensive benefits and dedicated clinical support throughout Greater Houston and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Texas COTA license by start date.
• One year pediatric or related experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services under the direction of a licensed OT per treatment plans.
• Improve strength, mobility, coordination, fine motor skills, ADLs, and independence.
• Educate families and caregivers on techniques and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for high-quality care.
• Complete accurate timely clinical documentation.

Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
