Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed COTAs to provide home health occupational therapy services in the Vero Beach area. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with consistent patient referrals and autonomy over scheduling.

You'll work with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, documenting care and progressing independence, with training and mentorship provided. A strong clinical support system and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

• The visit rate for this role ranges from $40 - $50 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some fulltime roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
