Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT, is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-house, close-knit therapy team. You will help patients recover, follow a plan of care under supervision, and build their independence in daily activities.

We offer a flexible schedule, a family-like workplace, and Montana's first long-term ventilator and tracheostomy unit on site, enabling high-acuity respiratory skills without leaving the state.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• OTA license or Montana certification (or eligibility) required.

Mansioni

• Help patients recover from serious illness, injury or a medical event and regain their best possible function and independence.
• Provide skilled treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, following the established plan of care.
• Develop and carry out individualized therapy programs that restore and build performance.
• Document all services accurately and on time.
• Refer to other disciplines when the patient needs it.
• Improve strength, function and independence in daily activities after orthopedic injuries, joint replacements and medical illness.

Formazione
