Job summary

Park Place Transitional Care & Rehab in Great Falls, MT is hiring an Occupational Therapist for our in-house therapy team. We offer a dynamic, family-like environment with a first-of-its-kind long-term ventilator and tracheostomy unit on site, enabling high-acuity respiratory skill development without leaving Montana.

Applicants must be Licensed Occupational Therapists (Montana or eligible). All experience levels welcome, including new grads.

Qualifications

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop a compliant plan of care
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice in care
• Provide skilled treatment, including ADL retraining, activities, exercise, modalities and assistive devices
• Assess progress, adjust treatment and evaluate outcomes
• Counsel patients, families and caregivers
• Communicate with supervisor and team; complete discharge summary

Responsibilities
