Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab in Georgetown, KY is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients. You will work with a diverse team of clinical professionals to support patient outcomes in a fast-paced settings.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $1,500 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life and 401K, plus free CEUs and generous PTO. Travel to nearby centers is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Valid COTA license and credentials.
• SNF and/or Acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities.
• Travel to nearby centers as needed.
