Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients. You will join a diverse team of clinical professionals and travel to nearby centers as needed, documenting progress and discharge summaries while establishing a tailored care plan.

Qualifications

• Valid COTA License/credentials required.
• SNF and/or Acute care experience required.

Responsibilities
