Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab in Ohio is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to deliver compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients. The role supports a diverse team of clinicians and travels to nearby centers as needed. You will document progress notes, discharge summaries, and plan care aligned with patient needs.

Qualifications

• Valid COTA license or credentials required.
• Experience in SNF and/or acute care settings preferred.
• Ability to work with a diverse clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Establish a plan of care in accordance with patient needs and capabilities.
• Travel to nearby centers as needed.
