Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document treatments and resident progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow all state and federal regulations.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
