Aventura at Carriage Inn is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team in Dayton, OH. You will work with licensed OTs to deliver high-quality care and help residents regain independence.

We value a positive attitude, strong communication, and a collaborative approach. Net Health experience is preferred, and we provide learning support as needed.

Qualifications

Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Aventura at Carriage Inn Are you a motivated and compassionate COTA looking to grow your career in a supportive and energetic environment? Aventura at Carriage Inn is looking for a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic rehab team!

What You'll Do:

• Work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality patient care
• Implement individualized treatment plans that help residents regain independence and improve quality of life
• Accurately document patient progress using Net Health
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• 35 hours per week
• Consistent schedule with opportunity for professional growth

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed COTA in good standing
• Experience with Net Health preferred (but we'll help you learn if needed!)
• Positive attitude, team player mindset, and strong communication skills
• Passion for helping others succeed
