Aventura at Carriage Inn is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehab team in Dayton, OH. You will work with licensed OTs to deliver high-quality care and help residents regain independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed COTA in good standing is required.
• Experience with Net Health is preferred, and we will help you learn if needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain independence.
• Accurately document patient progress using Net Health.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
