Job summary

Springside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our Rehab team. The role supports high-quality, direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Massachusetts OTA license, has LTC experience or exposure, and demonstrates excellent communication and compassionate teamwork to help geriatric patients progress.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy Assistant License
• Experience working in LTC is a plus
• Working knowledge of geriatric treatment modalities

Responsibilities

• Providing high quality direct intervention utilizing a combination of strategies to maximize progress
• Assist in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Assist in completing documentation including daily treatment notes and progress notes
