AZOT4KIDS is seeking passionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants for school-based roles for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. You will collaborate with school staff and IEP teams to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver OT services to students.

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing sensory integration, fine motor skills, visual-motor coordination, and self-care.
• Adapt classroom environments, materials, and equipment to promote accessibility and participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents and other professionals.
• Document student progress and treatment plans according to guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goals and accommodations.
• Stay up to date on current research and evidence-based practices in school-based OT.

We have multiple positions for passionate, dedicated, energetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants with a strong background in pediatric occupational therapy to join our team in for the 2026-2027 school year and continuing for future years. Occupational Therapist Assistant - Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with school staff and Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to develop individualized treatment plans and goals for students
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, addressing areas such as sensory integration, fine motor skills, visual-motor coordination, and self-care
• Adapt classroom environments, materials, and equipment to promote accessibility and facilitate student participation
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, parents, and other professionals involved in the students’ care
• Document student progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information according to agency and school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate goals and accommodations for students
• Stay up to date on current research, evidence-based practices, and relevant policies in school-based occupational therapy

License/Certification:

• State of Arizona OTA License (Required)
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
• Pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork experience is acceptable)
