Job summary

AZOT4KIDS is seeking passionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants for school-based roles for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. You will collaborate with school staff and IEP teams to develop individualized treatment plans and deliver OT services to students.

Qualifications

Arizona OTA license is required.
Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with school staff and IEP teams to develop individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing sensory integration, fine motor skills, visual-motor coordination, and self-care.
Adapt classroom environments, materials, and equipment to promote accessibility and participation.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, parents and other professionals.
Document student progress and treatment plans according to guidelines.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goals and accommodations.
Stay up to date on current research and evidence-based practices in school-based OT.
