Job summary

The Cottage in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Full Time COTA to treat geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility.

Must hold an Oklahoma license in good standing with preferred experience in long-term care and strong verbal/written communication skills. You will work with therapists and nursing staff to deliver cohesive care and educate families for post-discharge success.
