The role supports occupational therapy by delivering treatment under OT direction, engaging residents and families in care plans, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the workspace.

• PRN in-person role serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Communicate resident progress to supervisor and team; educate families/nursing staff on follow‑through programs.
• Provide treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Instruct families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Communicate with supervisor and interdisciplinary team regarding progress, problems, and plans.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident’s family or nursing staff in follow‑through programs.
• Provide treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Instruct families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
• Communicate with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
