Job summary

Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. The role supports residents in regaining independence and partnering with the OT to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities include documenting sessions, monitoring progress, and maintaining a safe therapy environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee COTA license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
