Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Norwalk, CT. You will provide therapy under the supervision of a licensed OT and help residents improve daily living skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut COTA license required
• Strong communication and resident-care skills
