Job summary

Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation in Whitinsville, MA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents in short-term rehabilitation and longer-term skilled nursing care, guiding daily task practice with growing independence.

You will deliver therapy under an OT plan, document sessions, and coordinate with nursing and therapy teams while adapting techniques to residents’ needs and progress. New grads are welcome to apply.

LTC Therapy Services is seeking a COTA at Blackstone Valley Health and Rehabilitation. You'll work directly with residents during short-term rehabilitation and longer-term skilled nursing care, helping them practice daily tasks with greater confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver treatment under the supervising Occupational Therapist's plan of care
• Practice dressing, grooming, and other self-care activities with residents
• Reinforce adaptive techniques and equipment use outlined in treatment plans
• Share observations about residents' abilities and progress with the OT
• Record treatment sessions and coordinate with nursing and fellow therapists
