Job summary

Post Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Medford MultiCare in Medford, NY. The role is full-time with benefits and a $28–$34/hour pay range.

You will support residents in translating OT goals into practical skills within a skilled nursing setting. You’ll work under an OT plan to assist with daily living activities, document progress, and collaborate with nurses and the rehab team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active New York COTA license.
• Strong communication and accurate documentation skills.
