Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join Autumn Lake at Cherry Lane in Laurel, MD. You’ll implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT and help residents build independence through hands-on therapy.

This full-time, on-site role offers hourly pay of $36–$40, comprehensive benefits, CEU reimbursement, parental leave, and a supportive therapy team with regional leadership.

Qualifications
