Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Greenfield in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

This full-time role offers $27–$33 per hour, benefits available, and opportunities to support residents in daily activities under supervision.

You will provide treatment under plans from an OT, document thoroughly, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin COTA license
• Good communication and documentation skills
