Lone Tree Post Acute in Antioch, CA is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in a 99-bed skilled nursing facility. You will deliver skilled OT services to help residents regain independence.

New graduates are welcome. We offer competitive pay of $48–$50 per hour DOE, plus medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for mentorship and career growth in a supportive, resident-centered workplace.
