Role Impact

Work one-on-one with patients in their homes, empowering them to live safely and independently, and helping families adapt environments and use equipment to improve quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy assistant program with an Associate Degree
  • Current State Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Current CPR, negative TB test, and Hepatitis consent/declination
  • At least one year of experience as an OTA in an acute care setting
Knowledge and Skills
  • Therapy skills as per regulatory standards
  • Good interpersonal skills
