Job Details

The Clinical Specialist will work with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area to meet existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care. They will discuss and demonstrate how company products can help achieve these goals and meet patient/client needs. By providing case coverage, the Clinical Specialist will contribute to achieving sales goals, company objectives, and increasing sales revenue.

  1. Collaborate with the Territory Manager to provide case coverage and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
  2. Serve as the primary resource for clinical support, including coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education for company products.
  3. Inform customers about the latest product, therapy, and technology developments through active engagement in procedural and technical discussions.
  4. Demonstrate the ability to link clinical data to key messaging effectively.
  5. Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints, providing creative and feasible solutions using company products.
  6. Collaborate and communicate account and other requested information to the local territory manager daily.
  7. Support monitoring of product inventory levels.
  8. Share insights on competitive products or account issues and opportunities with the appropriate TM or CS.
  9. Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
