The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) provides intermittent services in a patient’s residence under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT). The COTA will deliver services according to the patient’s plan of care and the direction of the licensed OT.

Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school with a course of at least two years for COTA certification.
  • Must be licensed by the State of Missouri as a COTA.
  • Must have at least one year of clinical experience as a COTA.
  • Must hold current CPR certification, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
