Job summary

Uhgc is seeking an organized Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) to support our senior affordable housing programs and residents. You will process applications, determine eligibility, and manage certifications to maintain compliance with HUD and related programs.

The role requires COS certification or the ability to obtain it after hire, plus 2+ years of affordable housing or property management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and housing software is preferred.

• 2+ years of affordable housing, occupancy, leasing, or property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Experience with income certifications and recertifications.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and housing/property management software.
