Job summary

WhiteStone: A Masonic & Eastern Star Community in Greensboro, NC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities on 2nd shift. Join a mission-driven team with a century of care, where compassion and teamwork are valued.

You’ll work closely with nurses to ensure safe, dignified care, assist with mobility, hygiene and meals, and help create a warm, resident-centered living environment. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Active listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
• Long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting).
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs; observe and report changes to the nursing team.
• Keep resident rooms clean, comfortable, and safe.
• Encourage resident independence while providing compassionate, person-centered care.
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to create a positive living environment.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll help residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity by:

What We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Active listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
