• Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Active listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
• Long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable caregiver with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting.
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Keep resident rooms clean, comfortable, and safe.
• Encourage resident independence with compassionate, person-centered care.
• Work closely with nurses and other team members to create a positive living environment.

What You’ll Do
