Job summary

WhiteStone: A Masonic & Eastern Star Community in Greensboro, NC is seeking an RN or LPN Charge Nurse to join our compassionate team. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise your assigned team, administer medications, and help maintain continuity of care for our residents.

This role features 12-hour shifts, opportunities to mentor staff, and a mission-driven culture that values growth, relationships with residents, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current NC RN or LPN license.
• Long-term care experience preferred (6+ months).
• Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
• A compassionate caregiver who enjoys working with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise your assigned team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and families.
• Complete accurate documentation and maintain continuity of care.
