Job summary

Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Brooklyn is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our dedicated nursing team. We are hiring for all shifts — day, evening, and night — with both full-time and part-time opportunities and competitive hourly pay.

You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document changes, and collaborate closely with licensed nurses to maintain safety, comfort, and dignity.

Qualifications

• Current New York State CNA certification required.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long‑term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).

• Take and record vital signs; report changes to the nursing team.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and call bells.
• Maintain resident comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety at all times.
• Follow individualized care plans and instructions from licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other care team members.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.

Shifts Available: Day, Evening & Night
Pay: $20–$23 per hour

Position Overview

Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team.
