Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in Hackensack, NJ is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts with both full-time and part-time options.

We welcome candidates of all experience levels and offer compensation up to $23 per hour based on licensure and prior experience, with open interviews this week. As a CNA you will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, support mobility and meals, and report changes to licensed nursing staff.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Support residents with mobility, transfers, and proper positioning to ensure safety and comfort
Take, record, and report vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to licensed nursing staff
Provide basic nursing care under the direction of licensed nurses
Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Follow infection control and safety protocols consistently
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Assist with meal service and ensure residents receive proper nutrition and hydration
Communicate effectively with nurses and the care team to support coordinated resident care
