Job summary

NurSelect Staffing is seeking CNAs to join our team across Lancaster, Manheim and Hershey. Per-Diem positions are available for Day, Evening, and Night shifts with flexible scheduling and above-market pay.

You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinate with facility teams, and report to supervisors on resident needs. Enjoy weekly pay with Direct Deposit and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• Minimum 6 months Skilled-Nursing/Long-Term Care or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to residents including personal hygiene, meals, and transfers.

NurSelect is looking for CNAs to provide residents and patients with a high quality of nursing care for NurSelect partner facilities.

• The CNAs will adhere to specific procedures and programs per the facility's request, as well as coordinating work within the department, and other departments in the organization.
• The CNAs will report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor, respond to inquiries or requests for information, and assist the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
• The CNAs are responsible for providing routine daily care to assigned residents including but not limited to personal hygiene care, meals and nutrition, safe transfers and assisting with maintaining a clean and healthy environment.
