Job summary
NurSelect Staffing is seeking CNAs to join our team across Lancaster, Manheim and Hershey. Per-Diem positions are available for Day, Evening, and Night shifts with flexible scheduling and above-market pay.
You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, coordinate with facility teams, and report to supervisors on resident needs. Enjoy weekly pay with Direct Deposit and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania CNA certification.
- Minimum 6 months Skilled-Nursing/Long-Term Care or related experience.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Motivated, hard-working, and caring attitude.
- Resident-centric mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily care to residents including personal hygiene, meals, and transfers.
- Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor and assist with department operations.
- Support facility programs and maintain a clean, healthy environment.
