Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• Minimum 6 months Skilled-Nursing/Long-Term Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care to residents including personal hygiene.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Report pertinent information to the supervisor and support department operations.
