Qualifications and Responsibilities

Applicants should have the required certifications as per state regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundry, social interactions, and meals
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding appropriately
• Documenting tasks such as shift reports, resident records, and service agreements
• Communicating effectively with staff and reporting urgent needs to the Healthcare Director
• Managing assigned tasks within scheduled shifts and adhering to safety policies

Previous experience is preferred but not required. The role may require evening and weekend hours.
