About the Role

Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant responsible for providing basic care to residents and assisting them with daily activities. The Staff Aide should possess excellent people skills, be compassionate, and enjoy helping others. They will support the nursing department, other staff, medical professionals, residents, and families to promote residents' well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or State Trained Nursing Assistant.
• CPR/First Aid certification per state regulations.
• Attends in-service training and maintains continuing education hours as required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s and other dementias is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Availability to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
