Role Overview

Our CNAs provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan, doing so with kindness, gentleness, professionalism, and respect for dignity and privacy.

• Competitive wages: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
• $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for full-time positions (paid in increments)

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
• Responding to call lights promptly and assisting residents accordingly
• Reviewing dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diet
• Recording vital signs as requested
• Notifying the nurse of any changes in resident condition immediately

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for residents
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
